T²C³ is not just a single solution. A consortium of companies, all recognized as leaders in their respective fields, developed T²C³ as a best-of-breed commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solution. Each component of the T²C³ platform (whether information technology, communications equipment, telecommunications services, or military personnel equipment) is already a previously certified government product or solution – so the T²C ³ platform can be sourced as a single unit, or individual parts can be sourced separately.
